Bronze Mesh Console Table with Curved Glass Top

Hollow-cast in bronze by the traditional lost-wax method, 1600 × 400 × 900 mm, 28 kg. A curved K9 crystal glass top with bevel-cut edges wraps down at both ends over a woven bronze mesh body set in a dark frame — a two-tier console for entries, hallways and lobbies.

Product Overview

XLJJ-ZZ003 combines two materials in one line. The K9 crystal glass top is curved at both ends and folds downward, so the surface reads as a single sheet that has been draped over the console rather than laid on it. Below, a woven bronze mesh panel is set into a dark frame, giving the body a fine, repeating texture that catches light from across a room.

The structure is a genuine two-tier console: the curved glass carries the display surface, while the mesh body forms a lighter visual mass than a solid cabinet would, and the lower level provides a second shelf for shoes, baskets or a folded throw. The bronze mesh is produced by cutting and casting components in bronze using the traditional lost-wax method, then finished by hand so the woven pattern stays crisp at the edges.

At 900 mm high and 400 mm deep the console suits an entry wall, a hallway niche or the space behind a sofa. Depth was kept deliberately shallow so the piece leaves a walking line clear in a corridor, which is where most entry consoles fail. At 28 kg it is stable once set, and light enough to reposition when the room is rearranged.

The top is K9 crystal glass, selected for its high clarity and formed as a single curved panel. A special bevel cut is worked along its edges, and the thin line of light that follows the rim is what gives the piece its crisp, premium finish — most visible where the glass turns down at each end.

Applications

  • Behind-sofa console in an open-plan living room
  • Hotel reception and lift-lobby table
  • Restaurant and club waiting area

Customization Options

Length can be adjusted for the wall it stands against, and depth can be reduced further for very tight corridors. The mesh can be produced in a finer or wider weave, the frame can be lightened from dark patina to a mid-bronze tone, and the K9 crystal glass can be supplied clear or tinted. For hotels we can supply a run of consoles at matching length so a corridor reads as one line. OEM and ODM drawings are welcome.

Packaging & Delivery

The curved glass top is packed on edge in its own foam frame, since the folded ends are the most delicate part of the piece. The bronze mesh body travels in a foam-lined wooden crate, braced so the frame cannot flex in transit. Crate sizes and freight options are confirmed with your quotation.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What does “two-tier” mean here?

The console gives you two usable levels: the curved glass top for display — a tray, a lamp, a bowl — and the lower level beneath the mesh body for shoes, baskets or folded textiles.

2. Is the glass bent or assembled from pieces?

The top is produced as a single curved K9 crystal glass panel with folded ends, so there is no visible joint where the curve begins.

3. Is the mesh strong enough for daily use?

The mesh is a cast bronze component set into a frame, not a decorative overlay. It is finished by hand and sealed, and it is rigid in normal use.

4. Is the bronze hollow-cast?

Yes — the bronze components are hollow-cast using the traditional lost-wax method. That is standard for our cast bronze furniture and keeps the piece at 28 kg.

5. Will it suit a narrow hallway?

The depth of 400 mm was chosen for exactly that. If your corridor is tighter we can reduce it further and adjust the mesh body accordingly.

6. How is it maintained?

Wipe the frame and mesh with a dry soft cloth; clean the glass with a normal glass cleaner and a non-abrasive cloth.

7. What glass is used for the curved top?

K9 crystal glass, selected for its high clarity and bent into a single curved panel. Its edges are finished with a special bevel cut, giving the curved rim a crisp, premium line. The exact glass material, thickness and any tempering are confirmed with your order.
