Product Overview
Among TYART’s animal bronzes, this cheetah stands out for the way a hand-applied patina plays over its forms: gold-orange cheetah on a blue-green base. The modelling is calm and confident, built from broad planes that catch light along the silhouette. At 260 × 130 × 400 mm, it is sized for sideboards, consoles and reception counters.
Proportions follow the real animal: low-set shoulders, a deep chest, and a long counterbalancing tail. Surface detail is restrained — the face, paws and tail-tip carry the fine work, while the flanks stay smooth and sculptural.
Because every surface is patinated by hand before sealing, the finish has depth: brighter where the forms rise, deeper in the hollows. Placed on sideboards, consoles and reception counters, the sculpture reads as a lived-in bronze object rather than a plated ornament, and it keeps its tone with nothing more than routine dusting.
Design Inspiration: The Big Cat as an Emblem of Power and Grace
In the West the big cat is the heraldic emblem of courage; in the East it is the guardian of doorways; and in modern design it has become the shorthand luxury brands reach for when they want to say “fast, sleek, assured”. The design borrows from the way the animal actually moves: a low, stretched spine, shoulder blades rolling, the tail used as a counterbalance. Casting that kinetic tension in bronze freezes it without losing it — the sculpture reads as paused, not posed. It is a frequent choice for entrance halls and reception areas where a piece needs to project energy without shouting.
Craftsmanship: Lost-Wax Casting and Hand Patina
The piece is produced by the traditional lost-wax method. Wax is modelled from the master, invested in a ceramic shell and burnt out, and molten bronze is poured into the cavity, so the finished casting is a hollow bronze shell rather than a solid block — lighter to handle, easier to place, and true to the way fine bronzes have been made for centuries. After casting, the surface is chased and polished by hand, then patinated in layered tones and sealed.
Special care is taken with the spine line and tail: after casting, the whole curve is checked against a template and trued by hand, so the silhouette stays flowing from every viewing angle.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is the big cat modeled from a real animal?
The pose and proportions are drawn from how the animal actually moves — weight distribution, spine line and tail balance follow feline anatomy. The surface treatment, however, is deliberately simplified so the piece reads as sculpture rather than taxidermy.
2. Can the cat be posed differently, for example standing instead of running?
Each model is cast from its own master mold, so the pose shown is the pose supplied. If your project needs a different gesture, we can quote for a modified or commissioned version — send us your scene and requirements.
3. Is each sculpture exactly the same?
The casting comes from the same mold, so the form is consistent. The patina, however, is applied by hand, which means slight variations in tone between individual pieces — a normal characteristic of genuine cast bronze.
4. What is the MOQ?
We work with both single-piece orders and bulk project orders. Contact us with your quantity and destination port for an accurate quotation and lead time.
5. How is the sculpture packed for shipping?
Each piece is wrapped in protective foam and packed in a reinforced export carton; larger pieces travel in a foam-lined wooden crate. Wooden crates are standard for project shipments.
